Recently, we had a longtime tenant move from one of our homes in the Binghampton area. As we drove down the street, we knew it was time to bring this home back to life as others have done in the area. The 2 bedroom- 1 bath cottage style house has so much charm and character, but just needed a little polishing which took minimum cost.
As a lifelong Memphian, it has been exciting to see the changes to this area over the years. The neighboring Broad Avenue Arts District and now completed Hampline (a two-way bicycle lane that runs through the B-Ham neighborhood connecting Midtown with the Shelby Farms Greenline) has helped rejuvenate the area. Binghampton is located just on the edge of Midtown where you can find some of the best restaurants and nightlife and the amenities of Overton Park and the Memphis Zoo are within walking distance.
