Qualifications
- Income – net income must be 3 times the rental amount
- Credit – must not owe any landlord for rent or damages
- Must be able to get utilities on in your name
Application fees
· $50.00 per adult, and $95 admin fee
What you will need to provide w/ application
- Application fee (in a cashiers check or money order)
- Picture Identification
- Proof of income for the last month
- Copy of current utility bill
- Lease and Rent receipt or ledger from most current landlord (if applicable)
- Copy of current bank statement
Security Deposit (must be in a cashier’s check or money order)
You may put a deposit on the property that you are applying for; this will hold you first in line for the property –PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SECURITY DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS YOUR APPLICATION IS DENIED
If you are approved, the deposit will hold the property for up to thirty days for move in. Please note if you change your mind the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are denied, the deposit will be promptly returned to you
Approved Applications
- All approved applications must sign the lease within 3 business days after approval.
- You must move in within 30 days from the date of your application
- First months rent will be paid at time of move in. (in a cashiers check or money order)
Pets
All pets must be approved by management. Pet fees are non-refundable. Pet fee will be determined by management and will range from $200-$300 per pet + $15-$20 extra per month per pet. No pit bulls and/or vicious animals are accepted.
