Bert Less, Leco Realty, has continuously handled my 30+ properties in Memphis since about 1988.
Through these many years we have had a good experience with Leco acting in our best interest. They have consistently kept me well informed. The staff has always been courteous and responsive to any questions or concerns.
It goes without saying that it’s pretty uncommon these days to have a 28 year business relationship with one property management company. I think the reason is that Leco understands our properties growing and adapting to changing times.
I highly recommend both Bert Less and Leco if you are looking for a responsive property management company.
Best regards
