Founded in 1988 by Bert A. less, Leco Realty has a staff of seven full time employees and a full complement of crafts and maintenance vendors. Still a family owned operation, the company manages over 1,500 units in the Memphis metropolitan area.

Bert Less
Bert Less is a lifelong Memphian whose family has a long real estate tradition both in construction and property management. Bert graduated from Memphis State (now known as The University of Memphis) with a degree in real estate. His area of study and the lifelong exposure to Real Estate makes him a natural for this business. Bert founded Leco Realty Inc. in 1988 after 7 years of tutelage from his Uncle Sam who owned an insurance agency and small real estate firm. Lecos’ phenomenal growth can be attributed to “word of mouth” endorsements from our satisfied clients and organizations whose property is managed by our staff. As the principal broker Bert understands the responsibilities that come with this very difficult business. Crystal Hudson
Crystal is the newest member of the Leco team. She is responsible for accounts receivable, tenant satisfaction, rental leasing & maintenance scheduling. She can be found working the front desk in the office most of the time collecting rents and helping tenants. Crystal attended Baptist College of Health Sciences from 2011-2014. She has 2 children and one precious little jack russel named Missy. Crystal also enjoys spending time out doors like the lake or beach.
Ernie Moore
Mr.Moore has been the book keeper for Leco Realty for 21 years.
Jeff Kloville

Jeff Kloville was a life long Memphian and graduated from East High School and the University of Tennessee. Kloville had been at Leco since it’s founding in 1988 as an agent and property manager. Jeff bought and sold numerous properties and did all phases of property management including representing owners in court. Mr. Klovile enjoyed golf and traveling and was the proud father of three children.
John Mclure
John has been with Leco for two years, primarily as a field manager, responsible for inspecting properties in need of maintenance and also making sure that our vacant properties are ready for rental. In the two years that John has been with us he has developed into an accounts receivable specialist, leasing agent and onsite maintenance technician. John graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Journalism/Advertising specialization in 1985. He doubles as a part-time musician, with an in house residency on Beale Street at The Blues City Band Box. If you love songs of Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis, come see him play sometime.
Kristie Nelson
Kristie Nelson, a native Memphian, joined Leco Realty, Inc in 1996 beginning as a receptionist. Over the years, she has learned all areas in property management and is now the office manager. As a vital part of daily operations Kristie is responsible for soliciting business and signing new property owners to our management services. Her duties include direct contact with property owners, addressing any questions, suggestions or comments and preparing owner’s monthly statements. As office manager she is also responsible for vender payroll, rental leasing, tenant correspondence and posting collected rents. Kristie enjoys going to the lake,beach and spending as much time as possible with her family.
Patrick Ford
Patrick Ford has been an agent with Leco Realty for over ten years. He is well respected by the tenants, providing excellent service to Leco’s broad base of renters. Ford is a very repsonsible agent with excellent customer service skills.
Sonia Veach
Sonia Veach started working at Leco in 1995 and currently handles all areas of property management. Some of her duties include working with accounts payable, accounts receivable and advertising. Additionally, Veach is involved in processing owner’s monthly statements, writing owner’s checks and the annual preparation of owners/venders 1099’s. Sonia also prepares the rental list and collection accounts. She is married with one child and enjoys scrapbooking, arts/ crafts, boating,swimming and going to the beach.
Tina Davenport
Tina Davenport is a native of Memphis and has been with Leco for more than 10 years. Tina is responsible for accounts receivable, tenant satisfaction, rental leasing, maintenance scheduling, social media for the company & also maintains the company website. She can be found working the front desk in the office most of the time collecting rents and helping tenants. Tina enjoys working out and photography in her spare time.
